The Journey
Defining the Destination – Business Drivers
Whether you need career management services for one or two associates or a larger event, we will partner with you to understand your goals and needs, including timeline, service location(s), associate backgrounds and profiles, and budget. Examples of services we offer are as follows:
A downsizing/reduction in force – we can support associates who will be conducting an external job search/career transition, ensuring they identify and navigate new opportunities as quickly and effectively as possible
A gradual or extended notice reduction in force – if associates are serving extended notice periods, we can provide support over time, as time allows, to minimize employee stress and ensure continued productivity
Internal redeployment – if retaining key talent is your goal, we can support individuals as they explore internal opportunities, ensuring your hiring managers can leverage the skills and institutional knowledge of associates whose current roles are being eliminated
Closing The Gap – Potential Career Management Configurations
We can custom design services that provide support when and how they are needed, for associates at all career levels and catering to a variety of business goals. Program options include:
Individual Career Management – a personally assigned career coach and services that range in duration from 3, 6, 9, to 12 months. Services include progress reporting and milestone tracking to ensure clients are kept informed of services delivered
Two-day career management workshops – for homogeneous groups of up to 15 associates
