Our Team
Our founder, Jonathan L. Parker, is a former Senior Human Resources Leader (CIBC, AIG, Prudential, Citibank, Bank of America, and American Brands) who brings 30+ years of experience in both client-side leadership and HR consulting roles to his firm. He is an accomplished executive coach, program facilitator, and trusted consultant to HR and other organization leaders, with deep expertise in executive presence, team and leadership development, executive coaching, team-building, and executive facilitation.
In addition to broad industry experience and expertise, Jonathan also harnesses the capabilities of a far reaching team of hand-picked consultants and coaches, each of whom contributes subject-matter knowledge and expertise in their specialty fields. This ensures the highest level of relevant skillsets are assigned to each engagement for targeted results and maximum performance impact.
The JLPA team has over 40 coaches, facilitators and consultants with an average of 20 years of deep experience in a broad range of business disciplines and industries. Credentials typically include advanced degrees, including M.S.'s, M.A.'s, M.B.A.'s, and Ph.D.'s. Many are authors, keynote speakers and adjunct professors. We require and verify training, certifications, affiliations, and background, and ensure adherence to best-practice coaching and consulting national and international standards.
